Mohamed Ennaceur (Arabic: محمد الناصر ) is a politician born on March 21, 1934 in El Jem (Tunisia).
A Tunisian diplomat and statesman, he held the post of Minister of Social Affairs twice in a row.
In 2011 and after the Tunisian revolution, he assumed this responsibility within the government of Mohamed Ghanouchi and that of Béji Caïd Essebsi.
After the death of the former President of Tunisia, “Béji Caïd Essebsi”, Mohamed Ennaceur was elected interim President of the Republic (until October 23, 2019), on July 25, 2019.

Married to Siren Ennaceur, Mohamed Ennaceur ‘s wife is from Bergen (Norway). After meeting her for the first time in Paris, he decided to propose to her when she was only 19 years old.
His wife, Siren Ennaceur then became president of the Tunisian Mental Health Association.

Mohamed Ennaceur , began his career in 1973 as General Commissioner of the Office for Tunisian Workers Abroad.
From the 2000s, he was an international consultant and social auditor. After five years, Mohamed Ennaceur became coordinator of Global Compact activities in his native country (in Tunisia).
In 1985, he founded and directed the Tunisian association of social law as well as the Tunisian review of social law and the institute of social audit of Tunisia.
And to further deepen his knowledge in the field of social law, he became vice-president of the international society of labor and social security law.
