Minister- Buhari not convinced Tinubu is the right successor for 2023 presidency
A minister revealed that President Buhari is not convinced that, Tinubu, the National leader of APC should succeed him in the 2023 presidency.
A minister under the administration of Buhari revealed that the President is not convinced that the National leader for All Progressive Congress should succeed him in the 2023 forthcoming presidential election.
The Minister noted that the president had not hidden his position, that he’s not supportive of the Tinubu Ambition for the 2023 presidency.
A member of the president’s family stated that there are plans to convince Buhari to support a candidate who would protect his interest when handing over power in 2023.

Buhari on Monday received three APC governors, Atiku Bagudu (Kebbi), Abubakar Badaru (Jigawa) and Mai Mala Buni (Yobe), the national caretaker committee chairman of the ruling party.
On Monday, he met with former Governor Gbenga Daniel and ex-Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dimeji Bankole.
Also reported that the president met with the Governor of Benue State, Samuel Ortom.
However, the distance between the two leaders has been interpreted as a manifestation of a rift between his camp and President Buhari, with the 2023 presidential election as the bone of contention, though Tinubu is reportedly to be out of the country.
