Miley Ray Cyrus , better known as Miley Cyrus , is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. She was born on November 23, 1992 in Nashville, Tennessee. Her birth name is Destiny Hope Cyrus .
She rose to prominence after playing the role of Miley Stewart in the Disney Channel TV series, Hannah Montana.
Her three albums, Meet Miley Cyrus, Breakout and Bangerz, topped the US Billboard 200.
She made her acting debut as an actress in the 2008 animated film Bolt. of the Year” in 2013.
