Such a prolific career is completed with his work as a producer and as a director. Although it is true, that behind the cameras Crichton did not achieve the fame or recognition acquired in other fields. But even so, he leaves a legacy of eight titles, including The First Great Train Robbery , Runaway , and Against All Laws . Currently, he had a new literary project in hand that he had to put on hold because of cancer, which has finally ended his life. His family asks for respect during these difficult times. His wife Sherri and his daughter Taylor remember him with affection and devotion on his official page. Crichton had been married to Sherri for three years. Before her there were four more wives among which is the actressAnne-Marie Martin , who gave him his only daughter, Taylor. All of them have witnessed the evolution of a man who perfectly mixed suspense with natural phenomena, science fiction and the most advanced medicine.
