Meredith Scott Lynn is an American actress, director, and producer. She was born and raised on March 8, 1970 in Brooklyn, New York, USA. She is Jewish. She is best known for her wonderful work in films like Legally Bonded in 2001, Days of Our Lives in 1965, and The Lion King 2: Simba’s Pride in 1968. Meredith gleefully boasts of a teenage years spent just a couple of houses away of the mobster John Gotti and different well-known goombahs. After landing the female lead part of Golde, in PS 232’s fifth grade creation of Fiddler On The Roof, Meredith set her sights on a dramatic future.
She graduated from New York City’s prestigious and ‘renowned High School for Performing Arts’, her affection and responsibility for an innovative life has been constant. Her choice to travel around the world, vacationing and volunteering, rather than higher education classroom training, gave her the profound ability to live and work in Hollywood. She founded Big Hair Productions, co-produced, with executive Julie Davis, and starred in the hit independent film ‘I Love You, Don’t Touch Me!’
The film debuted at the Sundance Film Festival and was released by MGM. She was immediately offered the lead female role in, and signed on to co-create, the independent film phenomenon Billy’s Hollywood Screen Kiss. Meredith started making short movies for a while. She delivered and coordinated the short film, ‘Demo Reel: A Tragedy In Ten Minutes’ with Nora Dunn and Marissa Jaret Winokur, which debuted at the HBO US Comedy Arts Celebration in Aspen and later hit the festival circuit.
Extremely captivated by real life, docu-shows and augmented reality formats, Meredith began seeking
inspiration and inspired people and performed and executive produced the notable reality-based makeover show Designing Blind, starring by the famous blind designer Eric Brun-Sanglard. The show enjoyed a widely praised season on the A&E system before it was dropped due to the heavy French accents of the blind. Meredith has created and created different documenta-series and reality formats with companies established in a partnership between Big Hair Entertainment and renowned production organizations.
His shows are normally driven by the personality of Vince Spinnato, the expert scientist who has created product and scent offerings for several prestigious and jaw-dropping superstars, furniture and interior designer, Craig Olsen, five-time best-selling author and ‘ America’s Favorite Life Coach’, Rhonda Britten, Emmy Award winner and face of NBC’s Starting Over, and others whose achievement and questionable sanity have earned them a place in this creator’s heart.
Meredith has 25 years of experience as a featured and working actress in film and television. She has also been involved with many charity organizations. While in Los Angeles, Meredith directed the production of multiple large-scale giving events for different nonprofits, including The Sheenway School and Culture Center in South Central LA, The Strongheart Fellowship, The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Expressive Alternatives and much more.
