Matthew Boling is an American athlete specializing in the 100 meter, 200 meter and long jump events. He won four gold medals at the 2019 Pan American U20 Championships in the 100-metre, 200-metre, 4-100-metre and 4-400-metre relays, helping to set world under-20 records in both US relay races. . He also raced for Team USA in the 4/400m relay in the semi-finals at the 2018 U20 World Championships which went on to the final to win silver.
In the spring of 2019, Boling received national recognition for his success in high school track competitions. In March, he jumped the farthest in the long jump for a high school athlete in ten years with a mark of 8.01 meters in the Texas relays, then broke the high school all-conditions record by 100m, breaking the barrier 10 seconds with a 9.98. -second race assisted by the wind on April 27, 2019.
