Matt Cassel is an American football quarterback for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League and was selected by the New England Patriots in the seventh round of the 2005 NFL draft. Cassel played regularly from 2007 to 2014. In 2016, Cassel signed with the Tennessee Titans and entered the game against the Jacksonville Jaguars In the third quarterfinal after starting Marcus Mariota suffered an injury. Additionally, he started the season finale against the Houston Texans and completed 16 of 26 passes for 150 yards and one touchdown with one interception as the Titans won the game 24-17.
Personal life
The talented player was married to his long-time girlfriend, Lauren Killian on February 15, 2007. She was USC’s team captain and won the national title in 2002. The couple met when they were both students at the University of Southern California.
