Massy Arias was born Massiel Indhira Arias Mankofit on November 23, 1988, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic her father was named Dinda Arias, and her mother was named Indhira Arias, her parents divorced after she was born and she grew up with three older brothers named Hugo, Brildo and Semhen. Massy Arias attended Secondary School Babeque and she later enrolled at Queens College.
She grew up in the Dominican Republic but moved to the United States in 2004 and settled in Queens, New York, She began to pursue her fitness career after relocating to New York.
