Marvin Humes enlisted the help of a staff trainer to achieve a shredded body. He wants to do about 4 workouts a week. On average, however, he can only manage 3 training sessions. But he also makes sure that even when he’s too busy, he hits the gym at least twice a week.

He typically starts his workout by getting on the treadmill for a 10-minute warm-up. He follows with a full body workout. The focus is on getting high reps on each exercise and maintaining a high intensity the entire time. When he can’t go to the gym, he tries to work out at home for half an hour.
