Early life and education of Maria Celeste Arraras
Maria Celeste Arraras was born on September 27, 1960 under the solar sign Libra to her patents; father José Enrique Arrarás and mother Brenda Lopez de Arraras in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. Her father is a politician, sports leader, lawyer and educator.
In 1978 , Maria Celeste Arraras attended Loyola University of New Orleans in New Orleans, Louisiana. She majored in communications and public relations and graduated with honors.
Maria Celeste Arraras’ Career
During her childhood days, she had a great interest in swimming and wanted to be a professional swimmer. She participated in various swimming competitions from which she obtained three medals at the Central American and Caribbean Swimming Championships . She also qualified for the 1976 Summer Olympics but due to her illness, she had to withdraw from competition.
In 1986, María began her professional career in radio broadcasting and worked as a news anchor and reporter at a local television station in Puerto Rico. Channel 24 .
