Mandy Harvey was born Amanda Lynn Harvey to parents Joe Harvey and Valerie Harvey on January 2, 1988 , in Cincinnati, Ohio. Later, her family moved to St. Cloud, Florida. Mandy is a US citizen and is of white ethnicity.
