Excess weight, especially obesity, diminishes almost every aspect of health; from reproductive and respiratory function to memory and mood. Obesity increases the risk of several debilitating, and deadly diseases, including diabetes, heart disease, and some cancers.
According to the user, he lost weight as a result of selfless activities and a good diet. While reacting to the post, Twitter users were baffled, others question how he did that.
A user identified as @TheSent62943446 said: Where did you begin? Meaning, did you have a personal trainer and nutritionist plot out a routine for you? At that weight, you wouldn’t be able to push yourself that much so it’d be interesting if you could detail it a little.
