1. Madelaine grew up a vegetarian. She switched to a vegan diet at the age of 14 and has since claimed that milk and eggs make her sluggish.
2. When it comes to doing her lips for her onscreen characters as well, she doesn’t trust the makeup artists and likes to do it on her own.
3. When she was born, her father wanted to call heras “Street”. Her mother, however, was not happy with it. Instead, she suggested putting “Street” in her first name, which eventually evolved into Madelaine.
4. When she was originally called to Riverdale castings, the casting director and producers wanted her for the role of Betty Cooper. About 4 months after the auditions, they switched to Cheryl.
