1. His music band Clean Bandit was formed in 2008 when his bandmates Jack Patterson, Grace Chatto and Neil Amin-Smith were all undergraduate students at Cambridge University.
2. Luke was introduced to his Clean Bandit bandmates by his brother James.
3. The name of his musical band is inspired by a Russian phrase which translates to “Complete b@stard” and in English it can be translated to “Completely r@scal”.
4. In 2017, his music band publicly announced their full support for the Labor Party and its leader, Jeremy Corbyn. They also took part in the Labor Party in June.
5. Luke and his bandmates were booed and abused by viewers at their Russian concert after openly espousing same-sex relationships and marriage.
6. Patterson and his band achieved a major breakthrough with the success of their single Mozart’s House, which was re-released in 2013 to even greater commercial success.
