Luke Evans
Little by little the career of Luke Evans, a Welsh actor who stands out for his work in “The Raven’s Enigma”, takes off, although he has previously worked in major blockbusters, especially playing deities.
Born on April 15, 1979, in Aberbargoed, a small town in South Wales, Luke Evans was an only child. From a very young age he demonstrated his singing skills, and received classes, before enrolling at the London Studio Center at King’s Cross, a prestigious institution in the British capital. There he takes his first steps on the stage with various West End productions, such as “Miss Saigon” and “Avenue Q”.
Film directors should consider Luke Evans the ideal actor to play the mythological gods, since he was Apollo in Clash of the Titans , and some time later Zeus himself, in Immortals . He also had an anecdotal role on the indie drama Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll , and was Gemma Arterton ‘s childhood crush on Tamara Drewe .
In recent times, Luke Evans’ career has begun to take off, as he played Aramis on screen in The Three Musketeers (2011) , and has an important role in The Riddle of the Raven , where he is the detective investigating a series of crimes inspired by works of Edgar Allan Poe ( John Cusack ).
Extremely secretive about his private life, Luke Evans has a promising future ahead of him. He will play Bard I, also called the Archer, a brief but pivotal character in The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey and The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies , Peter Jackson ‘s adaptations of JRR Tolkien ‘s book . He will also be the villain of the sixth installment of Full Throttle .
