Lois Evans (born 1949 – died December 30, 2019) was an American author, public speaker, businesswoman, and singer from Dallas, Texas. She is well identified as the wife of Tony Evans (Christian pastor, speaker, author, and presenter).
He is a widely syndicated television and radio host in the United States. Additionally, Tony is also best known for being the founder of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship.

He launched the group with a 10-member meeting at his home in 1976. Today, the pastor is actively serving as senior pastor to the more than 9,500 members of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas, Texas.
Evans even established “The Urban Alternative,” which is a national Christian teaching organization. His radio show “The Alternative with Dr. Tony Evans” can be heard in over 100 countries worldwide.

On December 30, 2019, Lois Evans passed away at the age of 70 due to gallbladder cancer. Her husband first revealed the news of her death in an emotional Facebook post. He also told her followers that Lois was diagnosed with the disease in April 2019.
The former couple has always remained very open about Lois’ illness with their church and on social media. Tony Evans’ wife was in the second stage of cancer and died on Monday.
