When she worked as a Victoria’s Secret model, she also enlisted the help of personal trainer, Justin Gelband (like other VS models). When she visits Justin’s gym in New York, he decides what exercise to do. But generally, she spends 75 minutes exercising four to five times a week.

Justin says the kind of exercises Aldridge does perform purely dependent on Lily’s work schedule. She may have a photo shoot, ramp run, or other modeling assignments in the near future. So he and his team decide accordingly. She prefers to work more on her butt and arms, doing exercises like boxing, sliders, and Pilates. These are her favorite areas to work on.

And yes, as far as diet goes, he says he doesn’t keep track of their eating habits. If she doesn’t eat properly, it will reflect in her body. He goes on to say that Lily followed Dr. D’Adamo obeyed.
