1. In 2000 he founded his own record label, BME Recordings . He signed a distribution deal with Georgia-based Norcross Music Distribution .
2. In 2006, he announced that he had ended his recording contract with TVT . He claimed record label owner Steve Gottlieb understaffed him.
3. In 2013, he partnered with Zumba Fitness to start a new nightclub tour known as the Zumba Nightclub Series . As part of the deal, he also created work singles for Zumba Fitness.
4. In 2007, he managed to get a spot on the Guinness Book of World Records with the largest diamond pendant, measuring 7.5 inches tall, 6 inches wide, 1 inch thick and weighing 5.11 pounds. It was worth $500,000 and set with 73 carats of diamonds.
5. He has his own drink called Crunk Juice , which was essentially an energy drink infused with alcohol. Apparently the drink was as strong as wine and British police had to issue a warning for the drink.
