Liam Gallagher is an English singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, best known as the lead singer of the rock band Oasis between 1991 and 2009, in which they were ranked as one of the best bands in the UK by various polls. As part of the band he released 7 studio albums between 1994 and 2009. Their debut album Definitely Maybe (1994) was a huge commercial success, becoming the UK’s fastest-selling album of the year. Her 2nd album, (What’s the Story) Morning Glory? (1995) was an even bigger success and led to the band’s international touring. Liam and his band have released 5 more studio albums – Be Here Now(1997), Standing on the Shoulders of Giants (2000), Pagan Chemistry (2002), Don’t Believe in the Truth (2005) and Dig Up Your Soul (2008) before they split up in 2009.
After their breakup, Liam and some former members of Oasis announced that they had formed a band called Beady Eye. Their debut album titled Anderser Gang, Still Accelerated was released on February 28, 2011. After more than 2 years they released their 2nd studio album SEIN on June 12th, 2013. On October 25th, 2014 the members informed their Twitter followers that the band is no more and Liam started performing solo. After 2 years of writing solo songs he had written over the years, Liam released his debut studio album Just the Way You Wereon October 6, 2017. In April 2018, he confirmed that the recording process for the 2nd studio album was progressing well. Liam Gallagher released his first solo studio album entitled Just the Way You Were on October 6, 2017 through Warner Bros. Records . The album debuted at number 1 in the UK and sold all albums in the top 10 of the Billboard UK Albums Chart combined and was later certified “Platinum” in the UK. One of the album’s producers, Greg Kurstin, won a 2018 Grammy Award for Producer of the Year, Non-Classical. The album’s most notable tracks were Wall of Glass , Chinatown , Greedy Soul , Come Back To Me , and I Am All I Need .
