Lewis Blissett is an English singer, television personality and social media star, best known as a contestant in the reality TV singing competition The Voice Kids UK 2017. For his debut he sang Cry Me Out by Pixie Lott, a singer, who also served as a judge on the TV show alongside will.i.am and Danny Jones, and whom Lewis chose to be his mentor. In the 2nd round of the competition, Lewis sang Ed Sheeran’s Think Out Loud and for his next performance on July 15, 2017 he performed with Motown ‘s Who Loves You . Despite receiving a standing ovation from the judges and audience, he was eliminated in this episode after only making the semifinals.

After the contest ended, his social media interest increased rapidly, and he continued to post covers of songs by Rihanna, Ariana Grande, Zayn Malik, Billie Eilish, and many other well-known singers. After announcing that his first solo track was in preparation in early 2019, Lewis released his debut pop single titled Sick Thoughts on May 14, 2019 to critical acclaim. Lewis has also built a large online following consisting of more than 1.5 million followers on Instagram, more than 1 million subscribers on YouTube and more than 20,000 followers on Facebook.

Lewis Blissett released his debut solo single titled Sick Thoughts on 14 May 2019 under Asylum Records UK . It received critical acclaim from audiences and managed to chart relatively high, peaking at 20th place on the daily iTunes chart within 20 hours.

In 2016, Lewis also began recording and releasing covers of popular songs by Kesha, Rihanna, Ariana Grande, Mac Miller, Zayn Malik, The Weeknd, Billie Eilish and Little Mix through his YouTube channel.

8. Thankfully, his grandma managed to attend, and all proceeds from the concert went to charity. Sadly, she passed away in early 2019, leaving Lewis heartbroken.
