- Heath Wells (2013-Present) – On November 9, 2013, Lauren married her boyfriend, former Australian Softball World Championships member Heath Wells. Heath’s sister Meredith introduced her and during the London 2012 Olympics, Heath proposed to Lauren. They killed 90 special guests in the Rose Garden of the House of Representatives at Old Parliament House in Canberra. The couple seems to be going smoothly with their married life.

Personal trainer
Lauren Wells trains with her fellow athletes at The MattyB DEPT, either on the track or in the gym, working to improve his strength, endurance and speed. While preparing for a championship, she trains 25 to 28 hours a week (Sunday as a rest day), otherwise 10 to 15 hours of training a week.
She also trains with her training partner Melissa Breenis. One of her favorite exercises is the hip thrust.
As for her diet, she doesn’t follow any specific diet but eats everything in moderation, the majority of which are the healthy foods that help her train harder at the optimal level.
