Nowadays, sports diets are indispensable without L-Glutamine .
Mainly L-glutamine can be found as a powder, in capsules or as a supplement in some products for building muscle mass quickly, so-called gainers.
But the question is, what exactly does and can L-Glutamine do for your goal of building muscle mass?
Glutamine is produced in the body and is a potent amino acid.
