Kimberly Anne McCullough is an American actress, television director and dancer. She is best known for her role as Robin Scorpio on the soap opera General Hospital, a role she originated at age 7, playing and extinguishing the character from 1985 to 2001 with a stint in 2004. McCullough returned later. late in the series. in 2005 as a doctor and left in 2012. She has made sporadic appearances since July 2012. However, in August 2013, McCullough signed a contract to return to the show full-time.

A native of Bellflower, California, McCullough was born on March 5, 1978. She is of Mexican descent and has two older brothers. Her mother is a dance coach, who took her to rehearsals and hired her in the theater. McCullough’s first appearance in a diaper commercial was as a 7-month-old boy, starring comedienne Juliet Mills. At the age of 4, she started gymnastics and participated in a group called Gym Dandies. She auditioned for choreographer Debbie Allen when she was 6 years old. After struggling to land a role on the TV sitcom Webster in 1985, McCullough auditioned for the role of Robin Scorpio, the daughter of 6-year-old Robert Scorpio and Anna Devane. The producers auditioned her twelve times but eventually gave her the part, and her performance became a huge hit.
In the fall of 1985, during the Asian Quarter storyline, McCullough debuted, showcasing her acting skills alongside veteran actor Keye Luke through much of the storyline. She played one of the lead roles in the primetime GH spinoff, General Hospital in the summer of 2007, as Robin Did: Night Shift. McCullough is also another ABC director, who follows other directors. In 2011, McCullough directed Nice Guys Finish Last, a short film. The film starred Danielle Harris and McCullough General Hospital co-star Lexi Ainsworth.
