Kim layne (born 1994) is an American beauty pageant winner, veterinary medicine and public health student from Nampa, Idaho. She is the winner of Miss Idaho USA 2020. Later, Ella Kim became the 1st runner-up for Miss USA 2020.
The event took place on November 9, 2020 in Memphis, Tennessee. The grand ceremony took place at the Expo Center and Soundstage at Graceland.
