Khalil Chemmam (in Arabic: خليل شمام) is a Tunisian footballer who was born on July 24, 1987 (35 years old) in Tunis.
He is a left-back position player with the Tunisia team.
Khalil started his career with Esperance Sportive de Tunis in 2006.
In 2008, he won the Tunisian championship, the Arab championship league and the North African cup winners’ cup.
He was the champion of Tunis for the years 2009 until 2012.
In August 2014 he started working with Victoria Guimarães
He was selected with the seniors within the national team of Tunisia.
He played his first match in August 2008 against Angola.
In 2010, he did not participate in the African Cup of Nations match.
In 2012, he played two matches during the African Cup of Nations.
In 2013, he again participated in the African Cup of Nations.
In 2015, he returned to the club in the Tunisian capital, where he won the 2016 Tunisian Cup against the African Club, three championships in 2017, 2018 and 2019 as well as two consecutive CAF Champions League in 2018 and 2019 .
