When he was active in bodybuilding, he had very strenuous training for every body part. In terms of diet, he says he can survive on one to two meals a day after retirement. Not just surviving, that’s his body’s need. He used to be hungry all the time. But that is not the case now.

  1. He has won the Arnold Classic four times, which is a record in itself. He won the competition in 1993, 1997, 1998 and 2000.
  2. Arnold Schwarzenegger has mentioned Flex as one of the greatest bodybuilders he has ever seen.
  3. Wheeler retired from bodybuilding in 2001. He was succeeded by Ronnie Coleman.
