Keenen Ivory Wayans is an American comedian, actor, filmmaker, and member of the Wayans family of artists. He was born on June 8, 1958 and raised in New York City. He is the son of Elvira Alethia, a social worker, and Howell Stouten Wayans, a supermarket manager. His parents were devout Jehovah’s Witnesses. He is the second child of ten children.
