Early life and education of Kate Norley
Kate Norley was born on May 25, 1978 in Arlington, Virginia, USA under the birth sign of Gemini to Pam Mannion and Walt Norley . Her parents divorced in 1982 and her mother later married Dennis Mannion .
At the age of 16, she was riding her bicycle to soccer practice when she was struck by a runaway driver. The accident caused a serious head injury that affected her cognitive abilities.
Norley finished his high school education at Episcopal High School based in Arlington, VA.
Kate Norley’s Career
Kate Norley is most celebrated as a US Army combat medic. She provided medical advice and health insights to the US military during her visit to Iraq.
After the harrowing terrorist attack of 9/11, he was fervent about joining the military. Norley initially joined the military outpost at Fort Hood, Texas with the 1st Cavalry Division, then was posted to Fallujah, followed by Ramadi as a combat medic and medical health expert.
They started out as friends and exchanged various emails and eventually started dating. After being in a relationship for over two years, they got married in July 2010.
The couple welcomed their first child, a boy named Huson Oliver on November 12, 2015. The boy was born prematurely. She welcomed her second child in 2018. She currently lives in New York City with her husband and her children.
Her husband, Oliver, is also active in social work. Her philanthropy includes an on-air raffle in which she forgave more than $15,000,000 in medical debt owed by more than 9,000 people. She bought the debt for $60,000 and forgave it on her June 4 show in 2016.
