Controversial American rapper Kanye West and Drake have put an end to their 10-year beef as they were seen together in a picture taken in Toronto, the hometown of Drake.

The duo has reportedly been beefing each other since 2009. But on Tuesday, Kanye West shared a picture of the pair together with James Prince, the US music executive, on his Instagram page.

The post, which was accompanied by a dove emoji, saw the duo standing next to each other outside Drake’s Toronto mansion.

On his part, Drake took to his Instagram account on Wednesday to put out video clips of the pair gesticulating to loud sounds in his apartment.

The post, which was tagged “welcome to your destination” also saw Dave Chappelle, the American comedian, preach about reconciliation while warming up the crowd present at the event.

The development follows after Kanye West shared a video wherein he invited the Canadian rapper as a special guest to Larry Hoover concert on December 7.

He had disclosed that the purpose of the video was to “address the back and forth” between the pair.

Kanye West also said the concert will bring more than awareness to their course of freeing Hoover, who was convicted for murder and other offences since 1973.

“I’m making this video to address the ongoing back and forth between myself and drake, both me and drake have taken shot at each other and it is time to put it to rest asking we put it to rest,” Kanye said in the video clip.

“I’m asking Drake to join me on stage as a special guest on December 7 with the ultimate purpose of freeing Larry Hover. I believe this concert will not only bring awareness to out cause but prove to people everywhere how much more we can achieve when we lay our pride aside and come together.
