Joyner Lucas is an American rapper, singer and songwriter, best known for the popularity of his single Ross Capicchoni Also, his popularity rose significantly in 2016 and 2017 after Joyner was signed to major record label Atlantic Records and released his 4th mixtape. After the single was uploaded to YouTube on November 28, 2017, I Am Not Racist went viral and was met with much praise and critical acclaim. It went up to being nominated for a Grammy Award in the Best Music Video category on February 10, 2019 at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards.
