Josh Krajcik is an American singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, best known as a contestant on the first season of reality TV singing competition The X Factor USA in 2011, when he placed 2nd. After the competition ended, he began working with well-known producers on his debut solo album. Meanwhile, he had a guest appearance on Season 2 of The X Factor USA in 2012, where he performed an original song A Thing She’ll Never Know After that, he released his first solo EP titled Josh Krajcik EP on November 29, 2012.

On February 8, 2013, he confirmed that his album would be dropped and his debut solo album, titled Blind, lonely, lovely was released on April 2, 2013. Although Josh said that the album “exceeded his wildest dreams”, it was not a commercial success and he was dropped from the label and continued as an independent artist. On May 19, 2017 he released his 2nd EP entitled Oblivion . Before appearing on The X Factor , he was part of a 4-man band entitled the Josh Krajcik Band and released albums Geist (2005) and A Tavist(2011). Josh has a large social network with over 100,000 followers on Facebook, over 100,000 followers on Twitter and over 70,000 subscribers on his official YouTube channel.

Josh Krajcik released his debut studio album Blind, lonely, lovely on April 2, 2013 under BMG rights management . It consisted of 10 songs – Nothing , Back Where We Belong , The Cure , Close Your Eyes , Don’t Give Me Hope , One Thing She’ll Never Know , Let Me Hold You , When You Go , No Better Lovers , And Her song . It reached number 140 on the Billboard 200 chart that year.

1. He grew up in Wooster, Ohio, USA in a musical family.
2. Josh started taking piano lessons at a very young age and was taught by 2 piano teachers. One taught him music theory and read music while the other helped him learn radio drama.
3. His father, Ronald, also played guitar and was known to play with him at domestic jam sessions. When Josh was 12, his father bought him his first guitar, a Fender Stratocaster .
4. Josh was already performing locally when he was 15 or 16 years old. He was forced to lie about his age and successfully convinced bar owners that he was 22.
