‘Love is forever’  has become  one of the most iconic shows on Antena 3 , there is no doubt about that. Since it was released on the network, the residents of the iconic neighborhood have earned the audience’s attention with their intense plot. With more than 2,300 episodes broadcast, the series arrives every afternoon to show viewers what happens in the hectic lives of our protagonists, a heart-stopping cast that  includes stars such as José Antonio Sayagués , among others.

YOUR PROFESSIONAL CAREER

Born on July 31, 1952 in Salamanca, Spain, José Antonio Hernández Sayagués is a Spanish actor and theater director. From a young age he knew that he wanted to dedicate himself to the world of acting, so in 1972 he studied at the Juan del Encina Chair at the University of Salamanca. A time where he combined his studies with work and night classes. Subsequently, in 1975, he founded the Garufa theater group, which years later became a Company, and has survived for thirty years ever since.

His artistic vein runs in the family, since, as he himself commented in conversations with ‘La Gaceta de Salamanca’, his mother was a theater actress and sang on the radio, at a time when it was not the most common. Of course, not everything has been smooth sailing, since in 1984 he had to undergo surgery for nodules on his vocal cords and, then, they told him that he could not be an actor again. Nothing could be further from the truth.

His curriculum is made up of up to 14 works, in which he has participated and/or directed , traveling throughout Spain on tours that have been highly successful. In addition to having a very extensive theatrical career, the actor gave the go-ahead on the small screen in 2001 with the series ‘El secreto’. Then he joined series such as ‘There is no one who lives here’, ‘La sopa boba’, ‘Amar en tiempos revueltos’, ‘Estudio 1’ or ‘Se7en’, among others.

HIS PERSONAL LIFE

On a personal level, José Antonio Sayagués is a faithful follower of social networks. In fact, he has more than 5,000 followers on his Instagram account, a platform where he also shares his closest and most intimate face. In addition, he has shown that, not counting his interpretation, he loves spending free time with his family, his friends.

On the other hand, the field of love is one of the most unknown of the actor. He has no known partner or children, although on different occasions he has confessed to having great success with women. «Flirt, flirt, yes. I have many friends and, except for a couple, who made me suffer, I do very well with women” , he recounted in an interview for ‘XL Semanal’.
