JORGE LUCAS: HIS AGE, HIS PARTNER AND HIS TERRIBLE ILLNESS
Born in 1972 in Madrid, it was clear to him that his thing was the world of acting, so he decided to study Dramatic Art. Since then he has been able to enjoy the applause when going on stage.
Theater fans have been able to see him in plays such as ‘My last night with Sara’, ‘Sonrisas y lágrimas’, ‘Lisistrata’, ‘Madre Amadísima’, ‘Ay, Carmela’ or ‘Diez negritos’, among others.
His best-known roles, as you can imagine, have come to him thanks to television, making him a familiar face to many. The best known of him was his role in ‘I am Bea’, where he landed in the second stage of the series after the departure of Ruth Núñez .
He has also participated in ‘B&B, De boca en Boca’ and in small roles in ‘La que se avecina’, ‘El ministerio del tiempo’, ‘Manos a la obra’ and ‘Kanguros’. On the other hand, his film career so far has only three low-profile films.
HIS RELATIONSHIP WITH ‘PASAPALABRA’
Jorge Lucas could say that the cultural program hosted by Roberto Leal is like his second home, since he has the title of actor with the highest number of visits as a guest, on more than 20 occasions, although most of it was with Christian Gálvez and in the stage in which it was broadcast on Telecinco.
In 2016 he came completely bald, something that surprised all the spectators. The reason was none other than the cancer he was suffering from, luckily months later he returned to the set to announce his recovery. On Antena 3 he has already appeared twice, the first was at the beginning of 2021.
