Jordan Belfort was born in Queens, New York on the 9th of July, 1962. His parents, Max and Leah, are both accountants and are Jewish families. Belfort earned a biology bachelor’s degree from American University.
He enrolled in the University of Maryland School of Dentistry
The University of Maryland School of Dentistry was where he made the decision to enroll. He left his college on his first day after hearing the following from the dean:
“The golden age of dentistry is over.
