To best prepare for her athletic challenges, American Ninja Warrior, she rotates her workouts on a daily basis. She adjusts her training so that she is well prepared for the next obstacle course on the show. However, she follows a set conditioning and strength training regimen.
For her conditioning, Jessie follows a three-day cycle.
- The first day is push day. It mostly involves boxing, for which she could use a heavy bag or get a partner to spar. The boxing session can turn out to be a two-minute warm-up or a full hour-long workout. She follows with weight exercises that involve pressing weights like the bench press, shoulder press, and side and front raises.
- The push tag is followed by the pull tagThe name implies that exercises are performed for which the body performs a pulling mechanism. In addition to a set of pull-ups, she also performs weight exercises like rows and curls.
- The final day in your conditioning cycle is leg day.
In terms of nutrition, she focuses on eating a healthy and balanced meal/snack every three to five hours. The overall goal is to eat one serving of fruit/carbs/grains, about one to two servings of protein, and lots of dark greens and veggies.

- Graff began taking circus lessons at the age of 186. At the age of 9 she began to participate in gymnastics, which she continued to do for 6 years. She was a member of the legendary Frederick Gymnastic Club for about 6 years.
- When she was 12, she was hired to catch performers on the trapeze. However, she was banned from catching anyone who weighed 20 pounds more than her.
- While in high school, she was a track team leader, an honor student, and a member of the National Honor Society. She also excelled as a pole vaulter.
- She has earned black belts in Taekwondo and Kung Fu.
- Her fascination with the circus and stunts began at the age of 3 after visiting the Big Apple Circus. Jessie was so excited that she asked the ringmaster to give her a chance to try it.
