Personal trainer
Jerry has never revealed an exact routine for staying in shape, but judging by his musculature, he definitely works intensely. He was overweight as a kid from eating bags of fries and boxed Duckman baked cookies, cakes, and donuts.
He quickly corrected the bad habits after landing a role in Hold Me (1986) and became more successful, which resulted in getting party invites often, forcing him to change. Jerry once claimed he had to resist the urge to order a pizza after a long day at work, but still persevered and made a fat-free salad dressing.
His advice was to get a tan, do push-ups and sit-ups at home, and Pilates or yoga for low-intensity activities. Jerry reported that he drinks light beer to avoid taking in too much sugar and simple carbohydrates from alcohol. If he just cuts out alcohol and salt, the fat will melt off his body.
