Jenny Slate was born on March 25, 1982, in Milton, Massachusetts to Ron Slate and Nancy Slate her mother. Meanwhile, her father, Ron, worked as a businessman and a poet as well as a vice president of a global communication company, EMC Corporation, and later started his company which is a Biotech startup. On the other hand, her mother Nancy was a porter who makes pottery.
Jenny is the second child of her parent’s three children, she has an older sister named Abigail and a younger sister named Stacey. Prior to moving to Los Angeles in the early 2010s with director Dean Fleischer-Camp, Slate resided in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. Fleischer-Camp and Slate were wed in September 2012.
