Jayson Boebert reportedly exposed himself to minors at the Rifle Fireside Lanes bowling alley in Rifle, Colorado on January 28, 2004.
The 20-year-old and 16-year-old girls were reportedly surrounded by Jayson while standing in a coffee shop. The minors were talking about tattoos when Jayson allegedly included them by saying that he received a penile tattoo from him.
Both girls apparently tried to ignore him, but Jayson appeared behind them. Furthermore, he soon after unbuttoned his pants and removed his genitals exposing his shaft while he covered the head of the genitals with his hand.
Additionally, the girls informed the bowling alley owner, who reportedly asked Jayson to leave, but he frequently refused. Eventually, he became aggressive, leading him to call the police.
When officers arrived on the scene, Jayson Boebert reportedly ruled out showing his genitals, claiming he simply opened his pants and simply showed his thumb.
