JAVIER HERNANZ: HIS AGE, HIS CURRENT PARTNER AND WHY HE IS FAMOUS
Born in the Asturian town of Arriondas in 1983, he could only dedicate himself to the world of Canoeing. From a young age, he excelled in this sport and achieved an important record.
Among his achievements we must highlight a bronze medal in the 2018 Canoeing World Championshipand five medals in the European Canoeing Championships between 2004 and 2018.
In addition to being one of the most important in his discipline, he does not forget the problems his colleagues are experiencing, which is why he decided to fight for the rights of all professionals: «It seems that athletes have to bow down to managers to get paid … ».
In 2021 he became president of the Spanish Canoeing Federation, so he does not miss the opportunities he has to go on television and other media to promote his sport. For this reason he is a regular guest at the ‘Pasapalabra’ contest, which is presented every afternoon by Roberto Leal.
As if that were not enough, Javier Hernanz has studied Law at UCAM, a career that he combined with his work as a model and even as a contestant on the program ‘Dancing with the stars’.
