His workout per day is as follows:
Day 1 (progress to a rep)
He begins with a two-part warm-up – rowing for 10 minutes (at a pace less than 20 bpm), followed by a pyramid circuit. The class consists of these 3 exercises – push-ups, ring pull-ups, bodyweight squats.
The actual workout is deadlifts. Jason can lift a maximum of 165kg in just 1 rep. Conduct this training according to your suitability, skills and needs.

- 3 x 100kg – 3 minutes
- 2 x 130kg – 3 minutes

- 1 x 162.5kg – 3 minutes
- 1 x 165kg – 3 minutes
Then let your body cool down on the trampoline for 10 minutes.
Day 2 (function circuit)
Again , warm up with 2 part rows , and static hold . The class consists of these 4 exercises – Ring Dip Hold, Kettlebell Farmer Hold, L-Sit on Parallettes or Dip Bars and Bodyweight Squat Hold.
After that Jason leads a workout called “BigFive 55 Workout” after which he has to perform a series of 5 exercises. The exercises are: decline squats, pull-ups, parallette push-ups, power cleans, knees to elbows.
Day 3 (interval work)
Again, warm up while rowing for 10 minutes.
Then, on a Concept 2 rower, complete a lap where Jason completed 6 laps of 500m with a 3 minute rest between laps.
Each sprint took him a specific time, which is given below for reference.
- Sprint 1 – 1: 40,1
- Sprint 2 – 1: 39,7
- Sprint 3 – 1: 43,9
- Sprint 4 – 1: 41,6
- Sprint 5 – 1: 38,7
- Sprint 6 – 1: 50,3
Then he simply cools off by carrying a pawn 500m with two 30kg kettlebells.
Day 4 (closing time)
Warm up the body by rowing for 10 minutes. Jason was able to do 2095m in less than 20 strokes per minute.
He then warmed up his body more by doing 20 reps of bodyweight squats. After that, he switched to the main workout, which is 5 sets of 5 reps of the front squat, with a 90-second rest between sets. He used a load that was 105 percent of his body weight.

Then cool down. He did this by performing 200 reps of push-ups using a ladder routine.
Day 5 (Cumulative Movements)
Finish the warm-up by first rowing for 10 minutes. Jason completed a total of 2149 m distance.
Then he moved on to The Bear Crawl and Crab Walk. Do this alternately after a distance of 15 m. Repeat the exercise until you have taken 5 steps of 15 m each.
Then follows the main training that Jason did:
