He trains in the form of sports. He likes baseball. So he plays wiffle ball, a variation on the original baseball game. This is his only training, he says. He sometimes switches games and plays basketball, but not much as it is disliked by his bandmates and it generally gets them injured.

- Jason’s parents divorced when he was three years old.
- He has 1300 acres outside of Nashville, Tennessee.
- Jason chose his stage name as “Jason Aldean” and not “Jason Williams” because by the time his career was about to begin, there were already three basketball players with that name. He also changed the spelling of his middle name from “Aldine” to “Aldean”.
- He began singing at age 14 after being inspired by the Country Music Awards (CMA) on television.
- He was raised by his mother when his parents separated when he was three years old. But Jason spent a lot of time with his dad in Homestead, Florida during the summers.
- His father wrote chords on the paper and Jason played the same.
- Along with several other people, he owns a hunting company called Buck Commander. The other people are Adam LaRoche (major league baseball player), Ryan Langerhans (MLB player), Chipper Jones (former MLB player), Tombo Martin (former MLB player), Willie Robertson (from the TV series Duck Dynasty), and Luke Bryan (country singer).
