‘To serve and protect’  has become  one of the most iconic fiction shows on RTVE , there is no doubt about that. Since it was released on the network, the Southern District Police Corps has won the audience’s attention with its intense plot. With more than 1,100 episodes broadcast, the series arrives every afternoon to show viewers what are those advances that are hanging over the investigations of the best-known commissioner on television, a heart attack team that  includes stars such as Jan Buxaderas , among others.

YOUR PROFESSIONAL CAREER

Born in the year 2000 in Aguilar de Segarra, Bages, Jan Buxaderas i Escolà is a Catalan actor who started doing theater at a very young age. A first contact with the interpretation that took place in the plays organized by the Fonollosa school. He studied theater at the Manresa Teatro Musical School from the age of 10 to 16, and currently continues to further his studies at the Aules Academy in Barcelona.

Throughout his professional career he has participated in other theater projects , both during his study period in Manresa, and later, highlighting the musical ‘Grease’ in 2017, ‘Hansel and Gretel’ in 2018, and ‘Un cau de mil secrets’, which was inspired by the work of Antoni Gaudí.

His debut on the small screen took place in December 2018 for the series ‘Com si fos ahir’ , on Televisió de Catalunya. Currently, she has joined the cast of the TVE daily series ‘Servir y proteger’.

On a personal level, Jan Buxaderas is a faithful follower of social networks. In fact, he has more than 5,000 followers on his Instagram account, a platform where he also shares his closest and most intimate face. Likewise, he has shown that, in addition to acting, he is passionate about photography, fashion and theater.
