* Nutrition
Leicester coaches have shown their perfect approach pointing out the importance of following a quality nutrition plan.
However, Jamie wasn’t one of those people who need to rely heavily on their diet, as he relies on an unconventional one. He’s been balancing between healthy eating and junk food for quite a while and it seems like it’s worth it. He credits his approach to nutrition for his great performances so far.
“ Vardy is very different from the others we have. For him, the relaxation bath is more important than a balanced meal full of proteins, carbohydrates and minerals. … We managed to change his approach by explaining the importance of consuming balanced meals consisting of carbohydrates, minerals and proteins before and after each training session. – explained one of Leicester’s personal trainers.
