YOUR PROFESSIONAL CAREER

Born on May 27, 1957 in Bilbao, Spain, Iñaki Miramón is a Spanish film, theater and television actor. From a very young age he knew that he wanted to dedicate himself to the world of entertainment, for this reason, he decided to study at the Labor University of Éibar at the same time that he began in an amateur theater group in the town. A training period where he coincided with the actor Imanol Arias. After that, he moved to Madrid to study Dramatic Art.

His debut in the world of acting came in 1978 with a role in the film ‘Arriba Hazaña’. This would be followed by many other titles such as ‘False Eyelashes’, ‘Akelarre’ or ‘Historia de un beso’ by José Luis Garci. However, it is possible that his popularity is due to the multiple television fictions in which he has appeared.

In his career, he did not neglect the theater either, which is why he was part of works such as ‘Atraco a las tres’ or ‘La venganza de don Mendo’, among others. This talent for doing practically everything and very well is precisely what has led him to be nominated for a Goya award , in the category of best supporting male performance for ‘You’re the One’.

On the other hand, in the field of love, the actor had a beautiful love story in the eighties with Lydia Bosch. A relationship that could not be, but ended on good terms. Currently, Iñaki is happily married and has formed a beautiful family with two children who, after studying Audiovisual Communication in his daughter’s case and participating in ‘Billy Elliot, the musical’ in his son’s, have made it clear that they want to follow in his father’s footsteps.
