“I No Wan Go Jail!” – Ijoba Lande Retracts Claim, Says Funke Akindele Paid Him ₦190k, Not ₦90k

Controversial Nollywood actor and skit maker, Ganiyu Kehinde Morufu, popularly known as Ijoba Lande, has made a U-turn on his recent claim that star actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele underpaid him.
After facing heavy backlash online, Lande released a new video on Friday clarifying that Akindele actually paid him ₦190,000 for his work on her movie set, not ₦90,000 as he initially alleged.
Explaining the confusion, he claimed the original video was poorly edited, which led to a miscommunication. Speaking in Yoruba, Lande publicly apologized to Akindele, pleading for her forgiveness and insisting that defaming her was never his intention.
