JAMB 2021: How To Check Your UTME Result (via SMS and Online)
The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB has recently enabled its portal for candidates to check the results of the 2021 UTME examination. In view of this, candidates are directed to check their results through either of the methods highlighted below.
How to check your JAMB Result through SMS
To check your JAMB result using SMS, you need to use the phone number you used to generate your profile code.
- Simply send UTMERESULT to 55019 through your SMS
- Wait for 10 to 30 minutes
- Your UTME score will be sent to you via text message.
If you don’t get a reply, kindly wait for a while and try again
Note: An SMS costs N50
How to check your result Online
To check your UTME result online, you simply need either your Email Address or JAMB Registration Number
- First, click the link:https://portal.jamb.gov.ng/eFacility/CheckUTMEResults
- Enter your phone number or email address in the box provided (the email address on your JAMB printout)
- Thereafter, click on “Check My Result”
Your results will be made available to you. You can screenshot and share your testimony in the comment box.

Note: Result may take two or three days before candidates are allowed access to it so keep calm and keep checking back.
