Hilaria Baldwin was born as Hilaria Lynn Thomas on January 6, 1984 in Mallorca, Spain. She was born to a Spanish mother and an American father. She spent her early childhood in Spain before moving to Boston, Massachusetts.
She was interested in dancing from a very young age. She started dancing at the age of two and later she also learned ballet, flamenco dance and gymnastics. Later, she began learning Latin ballroom dancing and began competing globally at age 13.
