Henry Cavill superhero training shows in men’s fitness

The 32-year-old British actor bangs day and night for that lethal physique that every man dreams of and every woman wants in her man. His training is rigorous and he’s currently sweating it out to maintain an excellent physique for his upcoming film Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice that will be released in 2016 .

In an interview with Men’s Fitness, HenryCavill reveals his workout for the film, which has Ben Affleck sharing the screen with him. He takes his roles very seriously, and here’s the Olympic workout his strength coach, Michael Blevins, has him do for that manly, chiseled physique. Read on and try these exercises that will help you build a body that women will fall anywhere in.

After the above exercises, the final set of the workout involves a combination of front and rear squats that target the quadriceps, as well as the calves, glutes, and Achilles tendon. This must be done properly and slowly.

All exercises benefit more when performed in a circuit and it is advisable that one should only do these under expert supervision at first as these are done with weights. If performed incorrectly, these exercises can cause bodily harm and serious injury. If you are thinking about such a strenuous workout, you should also take care of your diet and try to eat more foods that help build energy and take a proper rest on days off.
