Hamza Belloumi (in Arabic بلّومي حمزة), from Bizerte is a Tunisian producer, animator and trainer (age: 39) . A lawyer by training, nothing predicted that he was going to make a career in journalism or in the audiovisual sector.
He began studying law at the Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences and it was not long before he landed his first job as a teleconsultant, then as a trainer in a call centre.
Passionate about radio and always looking to explore new horizons, he applied for Shems Fm , a new radio station that was making its debut. And it was then that he began his career on the radio where he hosts musical and cultural programs during the weekend while keeping in parallel his work as a trainer and teleconsultant. His intelligence, his seriousness and his devotion quickly won over radio listeners. He started with the musical program “Zid Yezzi”, then “Bon Plans Weekend” before being tempted by political journalism by proposing a new program “Hadith Tounes” one of the first political programs of the station. Other programs and sequences followed “Echnoua Rayek”, “Jaridet Kalou”.

In 2012, Hamza Belloumi made his debut in front of the cameras and joined the Nessma TV team as host and columnist for the show “Ness Nesma”. This experience allowed him to explore the small screen to get as close as possible to the general public. On September 2, 2013, Hamza Belloumi announced his resignation from the channel. This decision is explained by a radical change in the channel’s editorial line.
In 2017, Hamza Belloumi joined the team of Elhiwar Ettounsi , where he hosted and presented the program “Ma Lam Yokal” in access prime time. The channel also entrusts him with “The 4 Truths” which he still hosts, a program that breaks audience records and which looks back on the strong moments that mark Tunisians by disentangling social and political concerns.
At the same time, Hamza Belloumi launched several years ago training and coaching programs in political communication, Media-training, public speaking and other non-verbal communication techniques.
