Haaland’s father, Raiola and Laporta are said to have a good relationship, but it remains to be seen if Barca have the funds right now.
The Catalan club is in serious debt, with reports earlier this season claiming the figure is around £1billion.
However, Haaland only joined Dortmund in January 2020 but has already scored 49 goals in 49 games.
He has a release clause in his contract of £68million, but that does not become active until 2022.
